VICash Cars reserves the right to approve, reject, modify, or remove any vehicle listing at its discretion. Cash offers made by VICash Cars are estimates based on provided information and are subject to physical inspection and verification. Final offer amounts may differ from initial estimates.

5. No Financing

VICash Cars is a cash-transaction platform. We do not offer, arrange, or facilitate any form of vehicle financing, credit, or installment payment plans. All transactions are expected to be completed in full via cash, certified check, or bank transfer.

6. Fees

Browsing vehicle listings is free for buyers. VICash Cars may charge seller fees for certain listing services. Any applicable fees will be disclosed prior to the completion of any transaction or listing agreement.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the U.S. Virgin Islands. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in St. Thomas, USVI.
